Our Leadership Team
Avinash Gupta is the fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He did his graduation from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University is also in the merit list of ICAI in CA Final. He is also Law Graduate and completed his LLM in International Taxation from Vienna University, Austria, Europe. He is also purusing a Phd. in Law on the subject of Taxation of Digital Transactions. He has authored 3 books on International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, and UAE Corporate Tax. He is also regular faculty on UAE Corporate Tax and Transfer pricing at ICAI and various chapters. He was the Chairman of Northern India Regional Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for the year 2021-22. He has delivered more than 3000 lectures at national and international level. He has experience handling various International Taxation matters, including Transfer Pricing matters of big corporate.

His career has taken him to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he has spent over eight years honing his skills. His expertise extends to internal audits and assurance assignments under USGAAP, Sox, IFRS, SOCPA, and IndAS, as well as local regulatory and statutory compliance for a diverserange of clients in Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, and Asia. One of Naveen’s standout areas of expertise is his experience in Debt and equity listing. His proficiency extends to local listings, international listings, and Exempt offerings under Rule 144A of the US Securities Act, setting him apart in the field. He is serving as the Vice Chairman of the Riyadh chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he plays a vital role in the local professional community. His leadership extends to the international stage, as he was instrumental in the signing of the Collaboration memorandum between SOCPA and ICAI. Naveen regularly facilitates sessions on technical topics and ensures that he and his professional colleagues stay informed about the latest developments in the field. Naveen has been a principal consultant with APT Global, India for over 15 years, providing value-added services as a subject matter expert to APT
Global clients worldwide.
Ayoub Alshamali is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) at institute of Chartered Accountant in England and Wiles (ICAEW) since 2016, and fellow member of the Emirates Accountant and Audit Association (AAA). He did his graduation in Business Administration
from University of Dubai on January 2012. Ayoub has extensive expertise in the fields of taxation and auditing has distinguished him as a leading figure in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) business landscape. Born and raised in the UAE, Ayoub developed a keen interest in finance and accounting from an early age. Driven by his passion for continuous learning, Ayoub became a Chartered Accountant, obtaining his qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). In 2023, He obtained a prestigious reword from CEO Insight as one of Top 10 Leader in Business Consulting in Asia.
He embarked on his professional journey as a government officer, dedicating six and a half years to public service while concurrently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Subsequently, he transitioned to a pivotal role at Deloitte, where he enrolled in a program aimed at achieving his ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) qualification.

Sunil’s expertise has been recognized at prestigious Technology forums and events in the Middle East and India. Uttam Patel is graduated as Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Jabalpur in the year 1996. He obtained a Masters in Commerce from the University of Pune in the year 1998. He qualified as CA in 1999 with All India Rank. He is also qualified in ISA and is a certified professional in international taxation and IFRS from ICAI. He worked as an Assistant Manager for Tata Steels, Mumbai. Uttam Patel’s expertise lies in diverse areas, including international tax, company law, international and domestic transfer pricing, IFRS, and royalty/licensing for animation and character-related works. His deep understanding and practical experience in these fields make him an asset in any professional setting. He is the Partner based at the Hyderabad office in India, heading the Global delivery center and providing service to clients worldwide.
